RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Refunds

  • In the same conditions in which you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items can be refunded; If the items have been personalized they cannot be refunded.

Changes

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@cassetteproject.com and we will contact you to give you the breaks to follow.

Gift cards

Gift cards are exempt from refunds.

Late refunds

  • If you have not yet received the refund, first check with your bank or card company as it may take some time for the refund to be effective.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@cassetteproject.com

Shipment

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
